MBTA Bus Crashes Into Multiple Vehicles in Medford

An out-of-service MBTA bus struck three vehicles stopped at a red light on the Fellsway near Salem Street around 11:07 a.m. Thursday, then continued through the intersection, hit a parked car and came to rest on the front lawn of a private home. Transit Police say investigators believe the 62-year-old operator suffered a medical emergency as he approached the intersection and was unable to stop.
