Sound Bath With Hendrik Held Today at Arts Collaborative Medford

Down By Riverside hosts its 3rd Sunday Sound Bath with Hendrik today from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Arts Collaborative Medford, 162 Mystic Avenue. Hendrik plays gong and singing bowls for about 60 minutes, with an introductory group check-in and breathwork beforehand and time to discuss the experience afterward. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion; blankets and pillows are also common, and cushioned chairs are available.
