289-unit "Clayborn" apartment complex planned for Fellsway

A 289-unit residential building called The Clayborn is in development at 970 Fellsway, on 3.5 acres at a former industrial site, according to a report from Connect CRE. Plans call for a mix of studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and six townhomes. Boston-based Davis Companies is developing the project, with Plumb House as general contractor and CUBE 3 as architect; completion is currently estimated for November 2027.
