Councilor Culpepper proposes ban on new data centers citywide

City Councilor Miniard Culpepper has filed a zoning amendment that would bar new data centers anywhere in Boston, while allowing existing facilities to keep operating without expansion. The measure now goes before the Boston Zoning Commission for consideration.
