Nor'easter tears boats from moorings, damages Marblehead coast

Several boats broke free from their moorings near Glover's Landing on Sunday. Some were dashed against rocks, others washed ashore, and at least one sailboat sank with only its mast showing; the wind also knocked a sailboat off its stand at Little Harbor Boatyard. The Marblehead Light Department responded to about 50 outages, most of which have been restored, and a flood watch lasts through Tuesday at 2 a.m.
