New England Coffee Café Reopens on Charles Street

The New England Coffee Cafe and Store at 108 Charles St. reopens today, ending a nearly four-month closure that began May 19 after a traffic accident caused structural damage to the building. The company's sampling truck will be on-site from 9 to 11 a.m. with free coffee samples, marking the cafe's 40th anniversary in Malden. Regular hours resume today: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., with the cafe closed Saturdays and Sundays.
