Idle Hands Craft Ales Marks 15 Years With Oktoberfest

Idle Hands Craft Ales at 89 Commercial St. celebrates its 15th anniversary with an Oktoberfest today from noon to 9:30 p.m., featuring food from The Scott Brothers BBQ, Lionheart Confections and AL's Pickles, a vendors market hosted by Gallery@57, and music from The Beer Hall Boys and The Electric Heaters. A charity dunk tank will raise money for Housing Families, with Idle Hands founder Chris Tkach among those taking a turn. Parking at the brewery will be extremely limited because of event setup; organizers point visitors to the free public lot at Charles and Pearl streets or the Exchange Street garages.
