Planning Board delays Vallis Way tree surety vote over bylaw compliance
At its Sept. 30 meeting, the Planning Board deferred a vote on releasing the tree permit surety for the Vallis Way subdivision until it receives documentation that the replanting complies with the tree preservation bylaw. The decision followed an executive session on strategy for potential litigation over the request. The board also reduced the bond for a traffic calming project at Toll Brothers' Willis Brook community and released 26 certificates of occupancy.
