Select Board appoints Dennis Morel as building inspector

The Select Board unanimously appointed Dennis Morel as the town's next building inspector. He was one of two finalists chosen by an internal committee to interview with the board, and he was appointed the same night. Morel is currently the building inspector and Americans with Disabilities Act coordinator for the City of Newburyport, and he began his construction career in a family business working mainly on municipal sites.
