The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for Lynnfield, in effect through 8 a.m. Sunday, September 27. Saturday's forecast calls for likely showers and a possible thunderstorm after 2 p.m., with northeast winds of 17 to 21 mph and gusts as high as 43 mph. Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is possible Saturday, with a similar amount possible Saturday night.
