Conservation Commission Approves 1 Sawmill Road Rebuild

At a continued hearing on Sept. 23, the Lynnfield Conservation Commission approved a revised plan allowing applicant Michael Baccari to raze and rebuild a single-family home at 1 Sawmill Road, on a lot along a river and wetlands area. The approval includes erosion controls and a protected 13,000-square-foot work envelope along the riverfront. John Glossa of Glossa Engineering represented the application and re-evaluated measurements for the rebuilt backyard lawn's proximity to the river to make sure the numbers were accurate.
