Lynn Council approves FY27 housing and development action plan
The City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve the FY27 One Year Action Plan submitted by the Community Development Department and Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development, following extended discussion of the funding details. The plan is part of Lynn's Five-Year Strategy for Housing and Community Development, which sets priorities for how federally funded grants are used. Those grants include Community Development Block Grant money for housing, infrastructure and community programs.
