First-quarter FY27 preliminary tax bills due Aug. 3

The Lynn Assessing Department reminds residents that first-quarter FY27 preliminary real estate and personal property tax bills are due Monday, Aug. 3. Those preliminary bills were issued July 1, the first day of fiscal 2027. Second-quarter FY27 preliminary bills go out Oct. 1 and are due Nov. 3.
