Boys & Girls Club of Lynn tops off new Demakes clubhouse

The final beam of the Boys & Girls Club of Lynn's $28 million Phase 2 expansion was raised Friday morning at a topping-off ceremony. Members of the Demakes family, along with Board of Directors President Adriana Moschella, helped hoist the beam for the new Demakes Family Clubhouse, which was signed by city leaders, Lynn youth, and the family. The new clubhouse is expected to open in about eight months.
