Lynn City Council votes to disapprove proposed Administrative Code
The Lynn City Council voted to disapprove the city's proposed Administrative Code, which was meant to organize municipal government under the new city charter approved in April 2025. The move sends the code back to Mayor Nicholson to revise and resubmit.
