Lynn Police completed 140 motor vehicle stops from July 5 through July 16, averaging 12.73 per day, with 66 of those made between July 13 and 16. Lt. Dave Hunter said the quality-of-life initiative responds to traffic being the biggest complaint in the city, aiming to meet the expectations of residents and those who work or travel through Lynn.
