Judge Rejects Lexington Minute Men Gag-Order Request

Judge Green called the request an unconstitutional prior restraint on speech. In the same ruling, the judge found the organization's earlier document productions incomplete and ordered the Lexington Minutemen and members Rasheed Walters, Henry Liu, Richard Howell and John Klesaris to respond to the defendants' discovery requests within 14 days in the defamation suit Cole filed in January.
