Second Round of Pilot Rental Assistance Applications Opens
The Lexington Affordable Housing Trust opened a second application window Sept. 23 for its Pilot Rental Assistance Program. The program offers up to six months of rental assistance to income-eligible, rent-burdened households, meaning those paying more than 30% of gross income on rent. Applications are accepted through Nov. 1 and awarded first come, first served, with eligibility details and instructions on the website of administrator Metro West Collaborative Development.
