LHS Responds to Antisemitic, Racist Graffiti With Homeroom Activity

Racist and antisemitic graffiti — the N-word and a Nazi hakenkreuz — was found in a Lexington High School boys' bathroom on Sept. 2, the first day of school, Principal Andrew Baker wrote to families. Baker called the content "deplorable" and said anyone found responsible will face disciplinary action along with mandatory education about the word and symbol; Superintendent Julie Hackett said the district is fully investigating.
