124 Grant St. special-permit hearing tonight
The Board of Appeals holds a remote public hearing at 7 p.m. tonight on a petition filed by Rodolpho Moraes on behalf of Subu Magge for a special permit at 124 Grant St., which would allow more gross floor area than the zoning by-law otherwise permits. The hearing is being held virtually via Zoom under sections 135-9.4 and 135-4.4.3 of the Code of Lexington.
