Lexington voters have until 5:00 p.m. today to request a mail ballot for the September 1 State Primary. In-person early voting is also underway at the Cary Memorial Building's Ellen Stone Room, running today from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Voters registered as unenrolled must choose a party ballot to receive one by mail; polls will be open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on election day.
