Planning Board weighs six townhomes on Spring Street

The Planning Board held a virtual public hearing at or after 6:00 pm Wednesday on Homes Development Corporation's application for major site plan review at 5-7 Spring Street. The plan calls for three two-unit buildings — six townhouse-style ownership units in all — each with a parking garage along a single driveway, plus landscaping and stormwater management. The parcels sit in the RS one-family and Village Overlay zoning districts; written comments to planning@lexingtonma.gov were due by 4:30 pm on Thursday, August 13.
