Wonder's automated food hall debuts in Kendall Square

Wonder, which lets diners order from more than 20 restaurant brands through a single digital storefront, has opened at 319 Main St. — the company's first location in Cambridge after sites in Belmont, Burlington and Watertown. The menu spans vendors including Bobby Flay Steak, Di Fara Pizza, Tejas Barbecue and Streetbird chicken, with orders placed through the app or website for pickup or delivery. The chain, which absorbed the automated food-assembly technology first developed by MIT-incubated Spyce, now runs roughly 130 storefronts across the Northeast.
