Suspect identified in Cambridge scooter hit-and-run investigation

Cambridge Police say they have identified the man who struck a 12-year-old girl with an e-scooter on Vassar Street three weeks ago, seriously injuring her. An arrest warrant has been issued for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, leaving the scene of personal injury, and reckless and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Officers described the suspect as having long hair in a bun and what appeared to be a face tattoo.
