Jamaica Plain Open Studios draws 200+ artists this weekend
Organizers say this year's Jamaica Plain Open Studios will showcase more than 200 artists at more than 60 sites, with work in paint, ceramics, prints, sculpture, photography, textiles, metal and more. Group sites include the Curtis Hall Community Center, the Loring Greenough House, the Eliot School of Fine and Applied Arts, Stonybrook Metal Arts and Sculpture School, the First Church in Jamaica Plain and the First Baptist Church, along with the Brewery Complex, where more than 15 artists will display work. Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days, and maps are available online or at JP Licks, 659 Centre St.
