FY27 tax rate falls to $10.30, but average bill rises 2.9%
Meeting in joint session Wednesday night, the Select Board and Board of Assessors kept a single residential and commercial tax rate for fiscal 2027: $10.30 per $1,000 of assessed value, down from $10.81 in FY26.
