Select Board split on light-plant management; sends dueling letters
The Hull Select Board remains split 3-2 on whether to support removing the town manager as light-plant manager, following a special meeting Tuesday. The board will send two letters expressing opposing views to the state Legislature regarding House Bill H.5654.

On September 24, Hull Public Schools announced Ellen Murray, currently an assistant principal in Norwell, will become Hull High principal beginning November 9.

Obituary: John J. Abraham
John J. Abraham, 80, of Hull, died September 19. He served in the Coast Guard Reserve, worked at Boston Edison for 38 years, and coached Hull youth soccer and hockey.
