Town Hires Pasquazzi Bros. to Demolish Building 12 for Pickleball Courts

The town has hired Pasquazzi Bros. of Cranston, R.I., the lower of two bidders at $390,000, to demolish the abandoned Building 12 on Bare Cove Park Drive. Demolition is set to start in early October and finish in November, clearing the way for eight municipal pickleball courts with sound mitigation across from the Carlson Field Athletic Complex.
