Original Hingham Shipyard Wahlburgers Closes Today

The original Wahlburgers at 19 Shipyard Drive closes permanently today, September 30, after nearly 15 years, as its lease at the Hingham Shipyard ends. In a Facebook post, the business said Hingham 'will always hold a special place in our story' and that it is actively looking for a new home in the Boston area. The chain, founded by Mark, Donnie and Paul Wahlberg, has also closed locations at South Bay in Dorchester and MarketStreet Lynnfield in recent years.
