Lamplighter Brewing Moves to Employee Ownership Amid Union Talks
Co-founders Cayla Marvil and AC Jones told staff Saturday they are stepping back after 10 years and transferring ownership of Lamplighter Brewing Company to an employee ownership trust, with regulatory approval expected in October. Marvil said the plan includes a profit-sharing pool distributed annually to longer-tenured employees; workers at the Broadway and Cambridge Crossing locations met with the owners Monday.
