Tyler Brown Indicted on New Charges in Memorial Drive Shooting
Tyler Brown, 47, of Boston, has been indicted on new charges including six counts of armed assault to murder in the May 11 shooting on Memorial Drive between River Street and Pleasant Street Extension, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, State Police Colonel Geoffrey Noble and Cambridge Police Commissioner Pauline Wells. The additional counts include assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction. Brown is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn, in addition to charges he already awaits trial on.
