Affordable housing lottery applications due for 4 Mellen St, 1627 Mass Ave

Applications for affordable units at 4 Mellen Street and 1627 Massachusetts Avenue must be received by 5 p.m. today. The 4 Mellen Street development offers 29 new one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the Baldwin neighborhood, combining the converted historic Charles Saunders House with a 25-unit Passive House addition; applications go to Homeowners Rehab Inc. The 4 Mellen Street lottery is set for Aug. 13 at 3 p.m. via Teams, and applicants are not required to attend.
