Free bike rides offered during July 21-30 Red Line shutdown

During the July 21-30 Red Line closure, the Cambridge Department of Transportation will offer free guided Community Commuter Group Bike Rides on weekday mornings, July 20-24 and July 27-31. Volunteer leaders will guide groups at a leisurely pace along routes passing Alewife, Porter, Harvard, Central and Kendall Squares, using low-traffic streets or separated bike lanes. The Commuter Rail will also be fare-free between Porter Square and North Station during the closure.
