City Delays Response to Records Request for Library Trustee Videos

A petitioner filed a public records request on Sept. 9 for Zoom videos of seven Board of Library Trustees meetings held from May through August, recordings that were never posted. On Sept. 23 the city told the petitioner it needs a 15-business-day extension. The city's records access officer said the city intends to provide the videos and noted the petitioner's right to appeal to the supervisor of records or seek review in superior court.
