Contractor D&R Construction is scheduled to perform final paving on Franklin Street today and Tuesday, Sept. 22, working from about 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. Crews start in Phase 3 and work toward Perl Street, with access maintained for emergency vehicles and residents in the immediate area and coordination with local bus service. The city says motorists should expect detours and traffic impacts, and notes the schedule may change due to weather.
