Police Arrest Man After Alleged Assaults on Two Teens

Framingham Police arrested Fabian Andres Riascos, 24, on Sept. 16 after a 1:20 a.m. incident on Beaver Park Road involving two 17-year-old girls, a prosecutor said at his arraignment in Framingham District Court. He is charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person older than 16, and the prosecutor said charges would likely be upgraded to include rape and charges tied to photographing a nude minor. A judge set bail at $100,000 with GPS monitoring and no-contact conditions.
