Man Arraigned in Fatal Hollis Street Pedestrian Crash in Framingham
Ronei DeOliveira, 44, of Framingham was arraigned today after allegedly striking and killing 62-year-old Philip Bligh with his pickup truck on Hollis Street Wednesday night and fleeing the scene. Police say DeOliveira returned to the area and smelled of alcohol. Bail was set at $250,000 with GPS monitoring.
