Brockton Man Arrested for Secretly Recording Children at Frog Pond
Boston police and U.S. Marshals arrested Mark Sullivan, 60, of Brockton, early Tuesday in the area of 162 Warren Avenue in Brockton on a warrant for photographing sexual or intimate parts of a child. Witnesses told District A-1 officers that on Friday afternoon at the Boston Common Frog Pond, a man used sunglasses fitted with a camera, and also his cell phone, to record children at the playground and followed one family as they tried to change their children. When bystanders confronted him, he removed the glasses and tried to break them with his hands.
