Free Paddling Tours Offered on the Charles River Today
Mass Audubon runs two free guided paddling sessions today at Magazine Beach Park Nature Center, from 4:45 to 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 to 8 p.m., through DCR's Summer Nights Program. Kayaks, paddles and safety gear are provided, and each session opens with a beginner orientation, so paddlers of all abilities are welcome. Participants meet at the Cartop Launch; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and parking is limited.
