4 Mellen affordable-housing applications close today

Applications for Homeowners Rehab Inc.'s 29-unit affordable development at 4 Mellen Street, which have been available since June 1, must be submitted by 5 p.m. today. Completed paper applications can be mailed to HRI at 810 Memorial Drive, #200, and an online application is also available. The lottery is scheduled for August 13 at 3 p.m. via Teams; applicants are not required to attend.
