Average Duxbury Home Valuation Rises 5.16% for FY27
The average single-family home in town is now assessed at over $1.368 million for fiscal 2027, a 5.16 percent increase over last year's $1.3 million, new Director of Assessing Brian Miller told the Selectboard at Monday's annual tax classification hearing.
