The Boston Planning Department holds a virtual public meeting tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. on the proposed Notice of Project Change for 41 Berkeley Street in the South End. The project would add more than 300 residential units, ground-floor retail/restaurant space, a below-grade garage, and new open space.
