WOW Family Park groundbreaking set for Norwell Street

Boston Parks and Recreation, the WOW Coalition, and neighbors break ground on the West of Washington Family Park at 217-231 Norwell Street from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday. The project turns four vacant lots into a new community park. The event is free and open to the public; questions can go to parks@boston.gov.
