Dedham Day postponed to November 7 because of coastal storm

Dedham's 36th annual Dedham Day & Cow Plop, originally set for Sunday, Sept. 27, has been postponed to Saturday, Nov. 7, due to the coastal storm forecast to hit New England this weekend. The town said organizers chose Nov. 7 to avoid conflicts with other events and to secure the cow needed for the Cow Plop. A sensory-friendly hour will begin at 11:30 a.m., with rides starting at noon.
