Ed Gillen of Dedham says he suffered permanent vision loss after taking a GLP-1 medication for about a year to manage his A1C levels. The 39-year-old state highway worker and father of four is part of litigation alleging inadequate warnings; Novo Nordisk says its studies found no increased risk.
