MBTA Red Line to Shut Down Alewife-to-Park Street July 21-30
The MBTA will suspend Red Line service between Alewife and Park Street for 10 days, July 21 through July 30, for track and signal work. Free shuttle buses will replace trains, adding roughly 70 minutes to trips. Crews will also complete signal upgrades at Porter, install power conduits at Davis, and renovate the Alewife headhouse plaza.
