Maple Street Redevelopment Proposal Filed with Town
An application filed Sept. 8 proposes a mixed-use building with 18 residential units plus 12 townhouses at the rear of 156-158 Maple Street, the current Tech Air Systems site, for a total of 30 new residential units. A separate Sept. 8 filing seeks medical-office use at 125 Liberty Street. Both came in ahead of the Planning Board's September meeting schedule, which lists sessions on Sept. 8 and Sept. 22 in the Toomey Room.
