Novo Riverside Commons breaks ground on Baker Avenue

L&G and Taurus marked the start of construction Thursday at 292–294 Baker Avenue on Novo Riverside Commons, a two-building, 201-unit apartment community. Under Massachusetts Chapter 40B guidelines, 25% of the units, or 51 apartments, will be permanently affordable. The first building is targeted for completion by the end of 2028, with the second expected to follow in 2029.
