Sudbury Road Reconstruction and Detour Begin Today

Town contractors resume road reconstruction on Sudbury Road between Garfield Road and Fitchburg Turnpike today, Sept. 11, from 7 AM to 4 PM. Work includes pavement milling and utility adjustments, with a southbound detour via Garfield Road. Property access will be largely maintained, though short delays are possible when equipment is working near driveways.

Developer Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta Thoreau, a 237-unit multifamily community in two five-story buildings at 265 and 269 Forest Ridge Road.
