Encore strike enters third week without bargaining talks

The strike at Encore Boston Harbor entered its third week with no bargaining talks scheduled. Roughly 1,350 housekeepers, cooks, servers, and other workers remain on the picket line. Three area city councils—Boston, Everett, and Somerville—have adopted resolutions supporting the strikers.
